The job location is in Newark, DE |College Park, GA for a contract Project Test Manager to assist their team. We require candidates who are willing to provide their last 5 years of W2 records (The client will conduct a thorough background check upon hire). The candidates must be local and W2 only; no third-party candidates will be accepted at this time.

Duration:      12- 18+ months

Rate:                55- 62 $/Hour on W2

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead testing for large or multiple small/medium scale projects/programs sponsored by BLPT Tech Executives.
  2. Be a member of the Core Project Team, collaborating directly with Technology, Business, and QA Leads and Managers.
  3. Develop and drive testing strategy.
  4. Manage all testing efforts to ensure Production Readiness.
  5. Be accountable and participate in all phases of testing deliverables (planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, implementation support).
  6. Ensure project adherence to all Enterprise Testing Standards.
  7. Communicate regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings and status reports.

Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of Project Test Management or related skills in large-scale efforts.
  2. Ability to create a Test Strategy across multiple platforms and applications.
  3. Experience in managing Software Testing-Development, Unit, SIT, UAT/BAT, End to End, PPV.
  4. Agile and Waterfall Methodology experience.
  5. Project management/PMP certification.
  6. Enterprise Testing Standards knowledge/PMO background.
  7. System Development lifecycle knowledge (Agile and Waterfall).
  8. Jira / Q-Test/ HP-ALM-Octane expertise.
  9. Proven leadership ability.
  10. Effective communication skills with senior leadership.
  11. Attention to detail.
  12. Bank of America Consumer/Wealth Management Applications or LOB knowledge.
