Located off Rte 360 in King William VA - 30 min from Mechanicsville - 45 min from Richmond

We're along the gateway to Virginia's Beautiful Northern Neck!  

We'll be adding an Experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our team of providers - start date 120 days from having a signed offer.

• Seeking a seasoned primary care provider - practice requires at least 2 years of outpatient ambulatory primary care practice experience, so the NP is able to manage their own panel of patients
• The team is 2 MD and 1 NP currently - this is a growth position 
• Full time position - 36 clinical hours/4 hours admin per week
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p preferred
• 100% outpatient - no hospital requirement
• Call rotation - 1 day per week, every 6th weekend - No Rx
• Average 16-18 patients per day - after ramp up period
• Our practice cares for patients of all ages - Peds through Geriatric
• EPIC EMR
• MyChart utilized for increased patient access, telehealth, e-visits
• NP/PA should be competent and confident in managing all primary care health issues including complex chronic conditions and geriatric medicine, some basic in-office procedures
• 1:1 CMA-Provider Support
• Great support and mentorship in the practice from current providers
• We are a warm, family-oriented practice with a multi-generational patient base.  The clinical team is mostly local and know their patients well.  Our Regional Medical Director practices here, so we have great connections to local resources for patients.  
• The ideal candidate will be a collegial, coachable, dedicated, mission-oriented provider who loves working as part of a supportive team and is focused on quality and patient health outcomes.

Bon Secours offers our Advanced Practice Clinicians a robust and comprehensive compensation and benefits plan, including:
