We are currently seeking to hire a Outreach Systems Engineer to become an integral part of our development team with approximately 20 years experience!

Responsibilities:

  • Support several software products as a member of the customer-facing service desk while also providing insight and feedback in the development queues

  • Attend Sprint Planning and Review meetings to understand the goals and tasks of the development team

  • Use Jira Software and Confluence to assist in managing agile projects by organizing workflows, tracking tasks, and integrating documentation

Qualifications:

  • Must possess security clearance
  • 12+ years of experience working as an analyst, linguist, or reporter
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, excel
  • Familiarity Agile and Scrum
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
