We are Tidyly Cleaning Co. We are a growing, independent, woman-owned, property services cleaning company based in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicagoland.

Are you a self-employed and established cleaning professional in the Chicagoland area? If so, the Tidyly team is looking for qualified independent house cleaners with previous cleaning experience to join our company!

Non-exclusive
No problem if you already have your own customers. Use our company to fill in the gaps in your schedule.

Pick your territory
You set the areas of Chicagoland that you want to work.

Flexible schedule
You pick when you'd like to work. You set your own cleaning schedule.
Cleaning hours are typically 8 a.m.– 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed.
You tell us your availability. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.

Make great money!
Our clear and concise payment model lets you know how much you will earn before you accept each cleaning job. Our cleaning partners earn an average of $175 per day or $900 - $1400 per week, plus tips.

Pay
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Pay is determined by experience.
Higher pay for licensed drivers.

Weekly payouts
Payouts are processed weekly. Paid as an independent contractor.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to work as a contractor (1099) or have your own cleaning business
- 2+ years of professional home cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality cleaning services
- Work independently or in a team of two.
- Ability to complete between 2 to 3 jobs per day
- Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
- Be a trustworthy, honest individual who works with integrity
- Communicate with customers and staff professionally and courteously, driving to local houses for cleaning
- Flexibility to accommodate clients' scheduling needs.
- Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Public transportation will not work for this position.
- Provide your own cleaning products and equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
- Access to a smartphone and email (and Internet connection at all times)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Able to communicate in English
- Prioritization and time management skills

Duties
Cleaning residential houses, our company offers Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, vacation rental cleans and Move in/out cleans.
Quality Cleaning Services include but are not limited to: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, wiping, other housekeeping tasks, and laundry services of the home
Must provide your own cleaning supplies
Perform cleaning services in different job locations each day
Effective communication through email and phone with the Tidyly team
Must have reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license
Reliable form of transportation around north suburbs of Chicagoland area

IMPORTANT NOTE: Potential earnings and hourly rates vary by your location, your skill, your account settings, & the amount you work. Once a house cleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will build an ongoing client base.
