CNC Machine Operator

As a Production Machinery Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll operate production machinery, produce assigned products, inspect parts, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. You'll also be responsible for notifying management of any product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or personal injuries.

• No degree required, but prior work-related experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, Blueprint Reading, PLC Troubleshooting Skills, and Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Experience with various machinery and technologies such as CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), Calipers and Micrometers, CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5+ axis), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems.
• Basic language skills: ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Intermediate reasoning skills: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Physical demands: requires constant movement in a variety of activities and the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
