Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling to expand the customer base.
• Consultation and Assessment: Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of potential clients' properties to understand their pest control needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Customized Solutions: Create tailored pest control plans for clients, taking into account their specific pest issues, budget, and preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest pest control products, techniques, and regulations to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
• Proposal Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, outlining the benefits and cost-effectiveness of the services offered.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, striving to close deals that align with company objectives and profitability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and potential growth opportunities.

Job requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Safely use and climb a ladder
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
