We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Collision Technician to join our team.

Position Summary:

As an Entry-Level Collision Technician at Key Collision , you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive collision repair industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians and mentors, learning the ropes of collision repair, and contributing to the restoration of damaged vehicles. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for cars, and a desire to build a career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you! We even provide a full tool box outfitted with all the tools you will need to start out! This will be yours to own after 1 year of service!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior technicians with disassembly, repair, and reassembly of damaged vehicles.
  • Learn and apply repair techniques, including welding, sanding, painting, and panel replacement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with quality control inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; however, automotive repair coursework or related training is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive repair.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and equipment used in automotive repair.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
