Restaurant Crew Member

We are searching for a passionate and committed Food Service Crew Member to join our team at Bluebird Hunter Lodge in Hunter, NY. You will be in charge of offering fast, friendly service and delivering unequaled customer experiences to our guests. You will be expected to ready and serve a variety of meals, aid with all kitchen jobs, and maintain a neat and orderly work area. $18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment by wiping surfaces, taking out the trash, and washing dishes.
• Assemble and serve food items to guests in accordance with customer orders.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures as established by restaurant policy.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming food materials in appropriate storage areas.
• Stock and replenish inventory items as needed to maintain adequate supply levels.

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain/maintain US Work Authorization.
• 1-2 year of experience in customer service/hospitality.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
