As a CNC Programming Supervisor (also known as CNC Programming Manager, CNC Programming Lead), you'll oversee the daily activities of CNC Programmers, manage work assignments, contribute to processing the workload, and facilitate/conduct programmer training and development. You will also provide direction, guidance, and technical assistance to the programming team members, and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality personnel to ensure fixtures and programs produce intended results.
