Summary

Creative Imaginations Child Care Center in Brookline, NH provides high-quality care and educational programs for children 6 weeks through age 5. With a curriculum that focuses on child-initiated and teacher-directed activities, our mission is to promote and encourage learning through play and building self-confidence and self-esteem.

This is a full-time role for a Lead Teacher. Flexibility to work with your preferred age group. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities in the classroom, creating and implementing lesson plans, educating and training teachers, and communicating with parents and staff. The Lead Teacher will also be responsible for ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs and interests of all children. This individual should be lead qualified, have a minimum of 12 credits in ECE with 3000 hours of experience in a licensed child care program, public or private elementary school, or 18 credits with 1000 hours of experience in one of the previously mentioned settings. Associates degree in ECE or a related field preferred but not required. Candidate must have experience working with infants and toddlers and be available to work 8:30 - 5:30.

Duties

As a lead teacher, candidates will be responsible for the supervision and general care needs of the children in their classroom. Teachers have the flexibility to use their own creativity to create lesson plans for their classrooms and are provided a monthly budget for materials. We offer paid planning time and professional development assistance.

Requirements

This individual should be lead qualified, have a minimum of 12 credits in ECE with 3000 hours of experience in a licensed child care program, public or private elementary school, or 18 credits with 1000 hours of experience in one of the previously mentioned settings. Associates degree in ECE or a related field preferred but not required.

Must be available to work 8:30 - 5:30
