Role Overview:

Step into a role where you're not just managing logistics – you're steering a crucial part of a mission-driven business. As our shipping supervisor, you will ensure that our high standards are met in every parcel and package, reflecting our dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

- lead our shipping and receiving operations, playing a key role in our logistical excellence.

- handle international shipping logistics with precision, showcasing our global reach and commitment.

- play a pivotal role in our trade show and marketing events, bringing our mission to the community.

- negotiate and manage shipping contracts, ensuring our products are delivered efficiently and effectively.

- uphold our high standards for quality assurance and organization in the warehouse.

- guide and develop the shipping team, fostering a culture of professional growth and teamwork.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

- A high school diploma; an AA or BA degree in business, logistics is a plus.

- A minimum of three years in shipping and receiving, preferably with international experience.

- Forklift operation skills, computer proficiency (excel, word), and familiarity with shipping software (ups, fedex, fishbowl).

- Strong organizational and communication skills, embodying our values of honesty and integrity.

- The physical ability to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

$55,000 to $65,000/year, negotiable w/experience
