We're expanding our team with a Platform & Operations Specialist to keep our tech in check and ensure we deliver exceptional service. We're looking for a guru to build really cool stuff, optimize operations, and integrate solutions across tech platforms. You will manage and support our member databases, content databases, lead generation and marketing campaigns. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Data and Integration: You may not be a developer, but you could be. Using technology to solve business needs and improve business performance, designing and deploying client resources, and integrating data and systems is where you excel. You're our SME for all things tech. You're the kind of person that anything you don't know walking in, you'll go online and figure out faster than a blink.

Client Experience: You genuinely enjoy bringing people, platforms, and processes together to create exceptional client experiences and business outcomes. You easily spot ways to improve operations and continuously work to ensure our systems are optimized to deliver a remarkable, reliable client experience. You enjoy coming up with new processes, automation, and tools that help deliver awesome value to clients in a hyper-efficient way.

Operations and Partners: You're the glue that brings everything together. You work with internal and external partners to design, deploy, troubleshoot, and manage projects, processes, and platforms. You are a fan of clarity, timelines, and accountability. You look around corners, anticipate problems, and like to stay one step ahead.

WHAT SKILLS MAKE YOU QUALIFIED?

Experience: Financial services background preferred, specifically supporting or working in an advisory firm or related business. Your sweet spot is where people, process, and platforms come together, with a focus on using data, systems and tech to promote great business outcomes in a growing firm.

Skills: Creative thinker who takes initiative, figures things out, and gets them done – this sums up who you are! Process improvement, automation, relational databases, integrating data and systems, and working well with others are skills you can showcase. You're a freak for detail and love building awesome things that work.

Tech: We are tech-native, and you need to be a wiz with technology. You know programs like Airtable, Asana, AWS S3, Circle, Excel, FillOut, Google Sheets, Keap Max Classic, Lead Gen Platforms (ClickFunnels, Fix Your Funnel & QR Code Generator), Website Dev (WordPress, Memberium & Elementor), Zapier, and more. If you don't already know it, you're the kind of person to dive in and figure it out.

ENJOY THE RIDE AND THE REWARDS:

• Base salary: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience and ability to contribute
• Performance bonus up to 10% and Profit Sharing bonus up to 10% of salary (5-yr average is 100% payouts)
• Total compensation potential of $85,000-$95,000 for that special someone
