- Manage and develop multiple project teams.
- Cultivate and strengthenowner/engineer relations.
- Leading proposals, estimating, and procurement efforts.
- Collaborate with a team to create value engineering opportunities.
- Review cost, schedule,and WIP projections.
- Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
- Willing to travel and or relocate.
