Buckeye Partners is currently seeking a IT Associate Analyst, EIM-Business Intelligence with experience in Data modeling, Data Analytics and insights generation using Microsoft Azure platform to join our growing team!

Role Summary:

The IT Associate Analyst, EIM-Business Intelligence role will be directly involved in working close with EIM team which includes Business Analysts, data engineers and report developers to design, develop and deliver analytical solutions that meet the business requirements. This individual will be responsible for documenting solution design, data collection, develop ETLs, data models and report/dashboards to support delivery of the analytical solutions.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions include:

  • Project Implementation. Complete assigned tasks that assist with the implementation of various projects related to Buckeye's applications. Document end-user requirements related to the reporting requirements.
  • Documentation. Update documentation for all supported EIM applications and ensure documentation is current.
  • Testing. Test reporting solutions before releasing them to the Buckeye Business and provide recommendations for application system upgrades and enhancements.
  • On-Call Support. Provide on-call support during non-business hours to Operations on an as-needed basis.
  • Customer Service. Provide exceptional customer service.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years of experience working and supporting Business Intelligene teams.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
  • Experience working with requirements and creating end-user training.
  • Proficiency in reporting and visualization, especially Power BI.
  • Experince with Microsoft Azure services, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Databricks, Synapse, Python is preferred.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Experience working cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Works with direct manager to proactively gains knowledge and seeks opportunities to further develop abilities.

Certificates & Licenses:

  • Microsoft data fundamentals is preferred.

Essential Functions:

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
  • This role continuously operates a computer and other office productivity equipment (i.e. a calculator, copy machine and computer printer).
