Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
A school in the Ponca City, Oklahomaarea is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist who is interested in working for the uping school year. The SLP would be working with studentsto evaluate, diagnose anddevelop treatment plansfor those with speech disorders. The caseload will be discussed via zoom interview with director and based on experience. This is a full time opening offering 37.5 hours weekly.
The director is ready toconduct interviews for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating munication disorders
- Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
- Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
- Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
- Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the SLP setting
- Previous experience in School setting preferred
Education:
- Must havea masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Fully accredited (CCC) preferred
- Must be in at least Clinical Fellowship Year
- Active or pending state SLP license
