Responsibilities:

• · Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, scheduling, and customer service
• · Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other personnel
• · Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and workplace safety
• · Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs
• · Create and manage budgets and financial reports
• · Manage guest relations, including responding to customer feedback and complaints
• · Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales
• · Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

• · At least 3 years of experience in fast-casual restaurant management, with a focus on barbecue cuisine highly desired
• · Strong leadership and communication skills
• · Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
• · Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
