DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Department Manager and/or their designee, the incumbent is responsible for generating interest and setting appointments with homeowners in an assigned territory. BENEFITS Health, Dental and Vision Laptop & Monitor - Company Issued Paid Time Off (40 Hours Annually w/ Carryover Options) Sick Leave (40 Hours Annually) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401K with a 4% Match, 100% Vested KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales goals Inform the customer about the services MLM offers and schedules inspections Update customer electronic records in the company software Achieving daily metrics, including and phone calls and setting client appointments Persuading prospects to take your initial call and converting them into clients through following our proven system Contacting past clients to offer new opportunities/promotions Qualifying a client for an appointment based on availability and interest level REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GED required; Associates/Bachelor's Degree highly preferred Two years of relevant call center/sales experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, G-Suite & all other systems WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This job operates remotely and/or in a professional office environment. This schedule consists of 4 weekdays 12-8 and every Saturday 9-2. Requirements None
