Controller

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Controller for a reputable NW Ohio client in the Construction Industry. This individual will be a leader within the organization and handle the daily/monthly/annual financials. Responsibilities for the Controller role include but are not limited to; Financial Reporting Maintaining relationships with bank and CPA firm Oversee Financial Audits Company Certifications Work in Progress- Managing budgets effectively Oversee administrative staff including payroll, AR and AP Union Reporting Other duties as assigned Background Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related 5+ years of proven financial leadership experience CPA/CMA is a plus Construction experience is highly desirable Will consider individuals directly out of public accounting About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical and Professional positions.
