About this job

The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, coupled with degree or experience in a Human Resources field of study. Workday experience required. Proficient-level Microsoft Office Suite experience. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations including SOX Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of HR needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate when appropriate. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: Maintain accuracy and integrity of data. Actions on data discrepancies and reports anomalies appropriately Performs user acceptance testing of system changes and fixes. Performs routine reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests. Prepares reports in support of HR system work streams and operations.
