Position Responsibilities

Are you passionate about technology and helping companies succeed? Do you want to gain valuable experience in the ERP software industry and contribute to a dynamic team? If so, then this Deltek Costpoint Solution Engineer internship is for you!

About the Internship:
In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, a leading project-based ERP software solution. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and learn the ins and outs of pre-sales, customer discovery, & engaging software demonstrations. You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, presentation abilities, and gain valuable insights into the world of ERP software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Solution Engineering team in preparing pre-sales presentations and demonstrations of Deltek Costpoint.
- Gather information and research customer needs to understand their challenges and how Costpoint can help.
- Support the development and maintenance of demo materials (scripts, use cases, databases).
- Participate in meetings and learn from sales and solution engineering professionals.
- Conduct basic research and data analysis tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and new developments in ERP & government contracting software.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in technology and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (relevant major preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer software and technology concepts is a plus.
