The Local Marketing Manager is a highly motivated and strategic leader with success in executing local marketing initiatives, building partnerships, and driving community engagement within local communities and our stores.  This Leader will report to the Managing Partner and champion our expansion efforts as we continue to grow our 7- units company

.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Implement local marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Brands Marketing managers to develop creative and impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including coordination with internal teams and brands teams.
  • Assist in the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships within the local community.
  • Coordinate logistics for partnership events and work closely with store General managers and Director of Operations
  • Support the store General Managers with Local Marketing in evaluating and managing sponsorship opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to foster community engagement and enhance brands local presence.
  • Represent Brands at local events, building relationships with key community leaders.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and Director of Operations to identify opportunities for our brands to contribute to local initiatives.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of data to measure the success of local marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to the Director of Local Marketing, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in local marketing, community engagement, or a related role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:           

  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs

 

 

 

 

Required qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

  • At least bachelor's degree or higher
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel between states
  • 2-3 years of total work experience
