COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)

• BASE: $320K Per years experience - NO STATE TAX - keep more off the top!
• Relocation - $30,000 +
• Sign on  - 15% of base salary - NEGOTIABLE
• Retention -10% of annual salary at 2 year mark
• Educational assistance: Yes 
• Yearly Base Increase up to 5%
• PTO: Yes +400 hour carry over/or payout of not used.  
• PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
• CME: Paid + Time Off
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, 401K, Disability+

• 50% Adult / 50% Child
• 2-hour for child
• 1.5-hours for adults
• 4- or 5-day work week your choice!
• Patients daily: 14-(8-hour day) 18-(10-hour Day)

• BC/BE or Fellowed in C & A
