Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Writer:
- Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance and schedule appointments for service
- Greet customers when they arrive for service appointment and offer additional services and special promotions
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI scores
Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor/Writer:
- Automotive Service Advisor/Writer & KIA experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service, communication, and 'follow-up' skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Good work ethic and computer skills
- Dependable, pleasant, energetic, and conscientious
- Basic automotive operational knowlege
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
