JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Manager (PM), HCP Marketing will be a key member of the Novocure CNS US Marketing team. They will build marketing strategies, execution, and measurement of programs and tactics to support the growth of Optune Gio targeted towards all HCP segments. The PM will also partner to create Key Opinion Leader engagement strategy and build an understanding of customer insights through execution of advisory meetings, symposia, congress interactions and National Speakers Bureau (NSB). They will work closely with a multitude of cross-functional partners including Sales, Learning & Development, Legal, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Business Operations, and Enterprise Technology.

Ideal candidates will be located on the east coast/in EST.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute professional marketing strategies and tactics for the growth of Optune Gio
  • Implement the brand platform including positioning, targeting, messaging, and creative campaign
  • Partner with sales, training, and patient experience teams to ensure flawless execution in programming and application of messaging
  • Support the development of educational material for the HCP customer segment
  • Lead and manage HCP-facing tools through Closed Loop Marketing (CLM)
  • Work with the creative agency of record to create strategy, tactics, and evaluate brand performance to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Understand trends in the marketplace, competitive environment, and customer needs by collaborating with market research to gather insights and build strategy
  • Ensure brand strategy is applied and executed through non-personal promotion (NPP) tools in collaboration with Digital Marketing
  • Build and maintain collaborative, mutually beneficial partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to create advocacy for the brand
  • Serve as subject matter expert for Optune Gio
  • Actively monitor the HCP Marketing budget
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs through brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve brand objectives
  • Maintain regular engagements in the field to assess the effectiveness of strategy and tactics, as well as build key business relationships internally and externally
  • Travel is required, up to 25% of the time (including weekends as needed)

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degree - MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of 3 years of related commercial experience in the healthcare industry, ideally including specific marketing experience
  • Oncology and/or device experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and perform at high levels
  • Understanding of the activities, regulations, and processes required for successful product marketing in the healthcare industry
  • The incumbent should excel in all phases of project management (program initiation to launch); be detail-oriented; have strong written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to build strategy, and be a self-starter who takes initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, CRM databases
