JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Services Associate supports the Private Advisor by handling administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, CRM (Salesforce reporting), Seacoast Investment Services account servicing and maintenance, meeting preparation, and communication to internal banking partners. This position requires a high level of integrity, as the role is exposed to confidential and sensitive information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with CRM (SalesForce) reporting for the Private Advisor.
- Assist with the preparation of client investment performance reports, presentation materials, and division level reporting and analysis.
- Responsible for performing general account maintenance and follow-up on pending issues.
- Communicate with customers via telephone, face-to-face and written correspondence, using the highest level of service and compliance standards.
- Provide marketing support in the form of preparing prospecting, seminars, and other sales efforts as required by Private Advisor.
- Lead other tasks and projects as needed for Seacoast Investment Services.
- Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Administrative Assistant Certificate or Business related AAS Degree
- Focused, detail-oriented, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrated track record of initiative
- Strong technology, research, and organizational skills
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Confident, poised and professional in appearance
- Capable of taking on creative challenges and tight deadlines
- Willingness to learn
