Facilities Associate Principal (Facility Condition Assessments)

• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise in Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) with knowledge of FCA methodology and ASTM uniformat II classification system, and supporting Facilities staff within the region
• Responsibilities also include performing the following:
  • Overseeing and performing technical report reviews
  • Preparing and reviewing proposals
  • Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
  • Performing FCAs, including barcoding and equipment inventory and/or detailed accessibility assessments
• Responsibilities may also include:
  • Leading and coaching junior staff members
  • Performing responsibilities at regional level

• B.Arch or M.Arch Architecture, BS or MS in Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
  • For professionals with specialized Master-Level certification: BS in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, B.Arch in Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). As certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain active while holding this title
• Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
