Our company is currently seeking a professional Catering Sales Manager with outstanding customer service skills and experience for our Staten Island, NY location! Currently operating three reception venues, a fine dining restaurant, and catering business, our goal is to continually provide the highest level of customer service in creating the perfect evening, from a dinner for two or a wedding for 450 and everything in-between! Title of Position: Catering Sales Manager
Job Description: Our Catering Sales Manager is responsible for all revenue, systems and processes, including hiring, and HR duties, ensuring operational guidance and support and leadership for management and team members. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for the preparation of arrangements with clients for functions and guests in our restaurants. The Catering Sales Manager will lead in setting up and following through on all daily functions within the four walls in each venue. The Catering Sales Manager will guide, direct, coach and mentor the General Manager and will be responsible for coordinating with additional departments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in both social banquet sales and corporate.
- Responsible for banquet sales for events ranging from 20 pp to 450 pp
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong business communications skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a personal drive to exceed customer expectation.
