IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc has an immediate opening for an IT Support Specialist for a permanent position for one of our clients located in the Dothan, AL area. The qualified individual will be responsible for information systems hardware, software and network support and problem resolution for end users. Experience with broad IT knowledge, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational ability are key to success for this position. Responsibilities: ·Minimum two years of enterprise IT support experience. ·Excellent communication skills. ·Strong customer service skills and ability to build professional relationships. ·General Information Systems troubleshooting and maintenance. ·Support IT applications both off-the-shelf and custom developed applications. ·Ability to troubleshoot hardware, perform system upgrades and refreshes. ·Provide on-call support as needed. ·Collaborate with business units and advanced support teams to resolve IT issues. ·Manage and document support tickets and escalate of issues. ·Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ·US Citizen or Green Card holder.
