*Statement of Purpose: *To provide routine nursing care to residents and employees and assist registered nurses. Perform all duties in compliance with facility policies and procedures and State and Federal rules and regulations.

* Administers treatments and medications within the scope of Arizona Regulations.
* Updates and participates in Resident Care Plans.

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
* Currently licensed in the State of Arizona with proof of such.
* Possess current or has the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required
