Overview:

Due to rapid growth, Optimum Health Wellness Physical Therapy is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient position in Ketchikan, AK.

The position will also have some neuro caseload in addition to general orthopedics.

Optimum Health Wellness Physical Therapy is a team-focused, community outreach-oriented private practice with a wellness gym program on-site.

This is a unique opportunity to be mentored directly by the company owner as well as by other team members who have varying skills and specialties. You will also have the potential to develop a strong skill set in the emerging area of diagnostics testing in physical therapy. You won't find many clinics dedicated to such mentoring.

Physical Therapists on the team take pride in personalized quality care. This is a salaried position with production bonus incentives that are available.

Salary Range:

For full-time, the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000.

Caseload / Patient Population:

All patient care is one-on-one with therapists and scheduled in 60-minute appointment time slots. Within this role, you will see 38-40 patients per week.

Patient population consists of all age ranges and a variety of outpatient diagnoses. This position is ideal for anyone interested in gaining a broad knowledge in general outpatient orthopedics while still having opportunities to specialize if desired.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open from 7am 6pm Monday through Friday. No weekends / No evenings / No holidays. Flexible scheduling with an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Eligible for Alaska state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• No experience required - New grads will be considered.
• The ideal candidate has an interest in diagnostics.
• Hands-on patient care and manual therapy skills are highly valued.
