Position Summary & Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse at New Perspective, you’ll find supportive surroundings, deep appreciation for your work, flexible schedule options, opportunities for customized career growth, and an environment for meaningful connections.  This important role assists the Health and Wellness team with coordination of care for residents in assisted living and memory care.

In this role you will:

• Have a current RN license in good standing in the state in which the community is located.
• Perform RN responsibilities in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching team members in the proper performance of nurse delegated tasks.
• Communicate and interact with residents, families and team members in line with New Perspective values.
• Support quality care and data collection initiatives. 
• Champion hospitality when providing customer service to community residents and their families.
• Other duties as assigned.
