This individual is responsible for providing support and assistance with project managing all aspects of new business development including developing timelines, sourcing content, organizing pitches and proposals, assisting in assessing/cultivating opportunities and managing Subject Matter Experts in the new business process.
- Develop and manage project timelines, pitch calendars, and team deliverables.
- Coordinate and support completion of RFPs and new business pitches.
Background/ Experience:
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Advertising
- Working independently on tight timelines
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Expertise or worked in Pardot/Netsuite a plus or similar type CRM platform
- 1-2 years' experience, preferably in agency new business role and or project management. Data/analysis, direct/digital marketing, and retail and/or restaurant category experience preferred.
- Must be able to manage various agency departments and work cross-functionally within the Agency structure to manage projects and move them forward to meet deliverables.
- Position requires a dedication to doing whatever it takes to get the job done in terms of time and energy. Must have high energy, a high level of enthusiasm and be willing to take the initiative in order to meet Client and agency expectations.
- Candidate must be able to thrive in structured and unstructured situations and contribute to the development of processes and systems in order to ensure maximum Client satisfaction.
- Candidate must be a strong team leader/player and be willing to play a critical and supportive role in enhancing the overall performance of the New Business team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to accept accountability; ability to work very independently.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Prezi expertise is a plus
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills; positive attitude; natural tendency to be proactive.
- Team player with high level of confidence & self-motivated.
Direct and coordinate internal departments (account service, strategic planning, digital, media, data and insights, creative, franchise co-op management and production/fulfillment) throughout the new business pitch, specifically as it relates to setting up and scheduling meetings and regroups.
- Coordinating and develop new content for decks, pitches and case studies.
- Coordinate all website inquiries and support team in vetting all opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of reporting for the New Business Team, including managing the internal CRM and keeping records up-to-date.
