Position Description

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract School Nurse (RN) for the 2023-2024 school year. 

• Location: Elmwood Park, NJ
• Duration: Immediately - June 18, 2024
• Onsite or Virtual: On-Site
• Full or Part Time: Full Time
• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week; 7:30AM-3:30PM
• Grade/Age Levels: Middle School, High School

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for a school nurse (RN):

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a nurse within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Nurse credential/license or in process in state of practice
• State License
• Substitute School Nurse Credential or School Nurse Credential is required through Department of Education
• Office of Student Protection Fingerprints
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
