Summary

JOB SUMMARY: Following a collaborative team model, the Nurse Navigator identifies and manages high risk patient populations, coordinates their care, and provides safe, age appropriate patient care.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
Experience: 3-5 years
BSN degree mandatory
OCN mandatory
4-5 years oncology nursing experience required
Outpatient setting experience preferred
Maryland Registered Nurse License
American Heart Association CPR Certification
Oncology Nurse Certification mandatory
