CompanyFederal Reserve Bank of PhiladelphiaApplies concepts, practices, and procedures and performs low to moderately complex analytical, technical and administrative work related to process workflows, scheduling, and the examination support for supervised institutions. Coordinates the development, maintenance, and use of end-user computer applications that facilitate the examination process. Performs low to moderately complex analytical work for department staff, officers, and managers. Provides deliverables and confers with business unit management as directed. Participates on department projects of moderate complexity. Cross trains in all aspects of Examination Support.
  • Coordinates the maintenance and use of the end-user computer applications that facilitate the examination function.

  • Modifies programs and databases as management information needs change, as new needs are identified, or as source data changes.

  • Actively involved in the accomplishment of departmental and Bank-wide quality initiatives.

  • Coordinates assignments with other unit staff.

  • Complies with all applicable information security policies, guidelines, and practices.

  • Performs daily tasks of an analytical, professional, and technical nature related to the examination support function.

  • Produces and tracks related deliverables and confers with business unit management.

  • Receives and logs reports of examination from other agencies, shares these reports with pertinent staff, and coordinates the initial scheduling of small shell bank holding company inspections.

  • Fulfills job duties and responsibilities in conformance with sound safety practices.

  • Demonstrates effective Supervision, Regulation & Credit (SRC) Core Competency skills for grade and position.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration; or equivalent related experience is required.

  • Minimum two years' related experience is required, with experience in bank supervision, banking operations, or finance-related field preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in standard Bank word processing, spreadsheet applications, database management software, and other software.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.

  • Good analytical and research skills.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Familiarity with the banking industry and bank regulatory environment desirable.

Other Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or hold a permanent resident/green card with intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
