Education Bachelor's Degree Job Description McLaughlin Research Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Records and Data Manager to support a contract with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, Rhode Island. The successful candidate will be part of a team that enables the conceptualization, modernization, and maintenance of systems that ensure our Navy's undersea superiority. The Records and Data Manager will organize and maintain records and will create and implement a Standing Operating Procedure for maintaining quality control of data and making them accessible to members of the team. Position responsibilities: Plan and organize records to include records maintenance and use, and recommend records disposition for the life cycle of such records Develop and implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for maintaining quality control of data. Perform data center operations for technical data and documentation requiring configuration control Catalog, track, account, and respond to reproduction and distribution requests for technical data and documentation Archive cover letters and incoming and outgoing correspondence and messages. Job Requirements BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university with five (5) years working experience. Two (2) years of library or data center experience Experience providing services in a team environment or working with the public.
