Senior IT Auditor

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior IT Auditor for a perm role working a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite) in West Bend, WI. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technical auditor to join our growing IT Audit program, which has been transitioning from an outsourced function to in-house. As part of this team, you will be responsible not only for leading security, operational, and governance audits in IT and Data, but also play a crucial role leading integrated audits, designing audit work programs, performing risk assessments, coaching staff, and much more. Responsibilities: Protect the assets of the company through the supervision of general auditing procedures, participate in audit planning, and lead IT audits of critical business processes. Help ensure a systematic and disciplined approach is used to evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's complex risk management, control, and governance processes. Analyze findings, prepare reports, and build relationships with management to facilitate successful remediation. Support Internal Audit management regarding the responsibilities, accountabilities, and initiatives of the internal audit function. Under minimal supervision, work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders across the organization. Provide direction and support for less experienced auditors. Assist Internal Audit management with preparation of materials for the Audit Committee, development of the annual internal audit plan, and championing internal control and corporate governance concepts. Qualifications: Preferred Experience and Skills: 4 – 6 years of experience performing auditing functions or 3-5 years of experience performing IT or Information Security functions and 1 year of performing auditing functions Working knowledge of IT operations and/or IT security Analytical abilities Verbal and written communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work as part of a team Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of audit processes, practices, and methods Preferred Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or other relevant certification If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
