We are growing and have multiple openings within our Manufacturing groups at our Rocky Mount, VA facility. Our Machine Operating roles are the foundation of our manufacturing process by producing bags for our customers and end-users. Think about the products you order online and the package they arrive in upon delivery!

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to set print and registration.
• Able to fill out paperwork accurately and correctly.
• Checks ink color with PMS/X-rite.
• Able to change and set doctor blade chambers correctly and safely.
• Able to identify all if any print defects.
• Able to identify plate defects.
• Able to set and or change press tension.

• Availability Sunday – Saturday 8a. m. to 8p. m. or 8p. m. to 8a. m. 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
• Able to assist with setting up the machine to run specific jobs within proscribed times and meet all Safety, Quality, and Operational standards
• Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds
