Pay Grade: 12

Reports To: Vice President of Operations

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/yr.

Job Summary

Join the Eurest Team and be a part of a growing and innovating organization! We are seeking a Client Engagement Director who will be responsible for effective development, coordination, presentation, and delivery of all management training initiatives related to competency development supporting our Mid-Atlantic Region. This position does require the individual to be onsite 5 days/week (with travel to our other sites within the area) and comfortable interfacing with the client.

An ideal candidate would have experience in the retail, hospitality and/or foodservice background.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that promote a performance culture, embodying our Platinum Service platform.
  • Collaborate with our sector partners to ensure that our programs meet and surpass corporate standards.
  • Orchestrating the implementation of marketing initiatives across various departments, including operations, culinary, and nutrition, to ensure their success.
  • Monitoring and reporting on return on investment and key performance metrics.
  • Train associates and management to effectively utilize the POS software at the bar, dining room and kitchen.
  • Train associates and management to effectively utilize the reservation software for amenities and dining room.
  • Support the experience director, as directed, with champion projects and tasks such as but not limited to newsletters, Nudge, Safety & Sanitation, and DIAC/DEI.
  • Acts as a coach and mentor to new frontline associates, supervisors and managers joining the organization.
  • Compliance report and tracking for mandatory training courses. Additional duties and projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or significant experience in related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in a corporate or business setting, management experience within the hospitality industry a plus strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to large groups.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects.
  • Proven ability to lead implementation efforts and achieve positive outcomes through teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
