Construction Foreman - Crew Lead in Training - Fence Installation

Crew Chief - Pay 20-27$/hr

Bonuses of up to $350 per week.

Previous fence or other construction experience required

Draper Fencing Company is a veteran-owned & operated construction company.

We build aluminum, wood, chain link, and vinyl fences throughout Central Indiana. Fence building experience is not required but construction crew experience is preferred. We typically work 4 days a week. (Mon - Thurs 7 am - 5 pm Fri as needed). We offer paid vacations, holidays, and sick days. Crew chiefs enjoy completion bonus, starting pay is based upon experience

Minimum Requirements:
You have a valid Indiana Drivers License and a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and a willingness to execute a job that requires heavy lifting and working in the heat.
