Job description\r\nWe are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.\r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nProvide health care services in patients residences\r\nPerform domestic and household tasks\r\nTransport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital\r\nAdminister simple prescribed medications\r\nAssist with clients personal care activities\r\nMonitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition\r\nMaintain patients care records and document provided services\r\nAssist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises\r\nInstruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise\r\nCollect routine specimens\r\nProvide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support\r\nSkills\r\n\r\nProven working experience as home health aide\r\nAbility to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens\r\nFamiliarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards\r\nProficiency in English\r\nNursing and health care administration skills\r\nCaring and compassionate personality\r\nCurrent CPR certificate\r\nFirst Aid training\r\nValid driver’s licence\r\nHigh school degree\r\nCOVID-19 Precaution(s):\r\n\r\nPersonal protective equipment provided or required\r\nSocial distancing guidelines in place\r\nSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place\r\nQualifications:\r\n\r\nHHA\r\nEmployer type:\r\n\r\nHome care\r\nWork Remotely\r\n\r\nNo\r\nJob Types: Full-time, Part-time\r\n\r\nSalary: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour\r\n\r\nMedical specialties:\r\n\r\nHome Health\r\nStandard shift:\r\n\r\nDay shift\r\nNight shift\r\nOvernight shift\r\nWeekly schedule:\r\nLive-In\r\n\r\nWeekends as needed\r\nWork setting:\r\n\r\nIn-person\r\nEducation:\r\n\r\nHigh school or equivalent (Preferred)\r\nExperience:\r\n\r\nHome Care: 1 year (Required)\r\nLicense/Certification:\r\n\r\nDriver's License (Required)\r\nProof of car insurance (Required)\r\nWork Location: In person
