We are currently seeking to hire a General Manager Automotive to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
- Coordinate daily workflow on repairs of both mechanical and tires
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Write service when normal flow is overloaded
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager (managing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Time Management and Multi-Tasking

Our average employee has been with us for over 5 years and most of our customer over 20 years. We have a extremely high Google and Yelp rating for a reason. We are a Napa Auto Care Center and the only Approved AAA service center within a 75 mile radius.
