Job Duties
- Overseeing ticketing system and ensure that IT tickets are completed in a timely manner
- Device setup and instillation (desktops/cellphones/printers)
- Traveling to various office sites for special projects
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years plus of relative experience
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components, including servers, desktops, laptops, operating systems, and productivity software.
- Experience with IT security practices and tools, including antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
