PrideStaff in Herndon, VA is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Staffing Consultant to join our growing team!  Are you looking to make a difference in peoples' lives? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? Are you a problem solver?  Then this position might be the right fit for you!

Staffing Consultants within PrideStaff are part of an internal sales and recruiting team.  PrideStaff Staffing Consultants help to create outstanding experiences for clients and job seekers by providing exceptional customer service as well as sound career and recruitment advice.

Location: Herndon, VA 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $45,000/Year + commission & bonus potential 

JOB FUNCTION: 

  • To develop repeat and referral business by fulfilling clients’ needs with the appropriate candidates.
  • To maintain an inventory of qualified candidates through consistent creative recruiting.
  • Screening, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop business with current and new clients through a variety of methods.
  • Always pursue excellence in quality to ensure a standard of service for the clients and supplemental employees.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years professional experience, prior industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to thrive and excel in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • A friendly, personable, and outgoing attitude.
  • Aptitude and willingness to engage in outbound sales activity.
  • Embodies a competitive spirit.
  • MUST be technically savvy and VERY comfortable using multiple web-based systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite (i.e., Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • BA is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.
