As a Receptionist/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and financial processes. You will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reception Duties:

    • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  2. Bookkeeping Tasks:

    • Utilize QuickBooks software to record financial transactions accurately.
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
    • Generate financial reports as needed for management review.
  3. Scheduling and Coordination:

    • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as required.
    • Assist in organizing company events or conferences.
  4. General Administrative Support:

    • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
