Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs or RNs to provide exceptional in-home healthcare services to patients. As an essential member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients through skilled nursing care.

We have a variety of clients awaiting nurses with varying shifts available:

• 8pm-8am (12 hour shift)
• 7am-7pm (12 hour shift)
• 7am-3pm (8 hour shift)
• 8am-6pm (10 hour shift)
• 10am-8pm (10 hour shift)
• 10am-10pm (12 hour shift)
• 9am-9pm (12 hour shift)
• AND MANY MORE!

We currently have multiple clients in Oakland and surrounding counties including Auburn Hills, Lake Orion, Oxford, Waterford, Rochester and more in need of a nurse to work "one on one" with them in the home. We offer training shifts for nurses needing education on Tracheostomy and Ventilator management. Care varies for each client and details can be provided upon interview.

Schedule: Working with Centria offers nurses the freedom of a balanced work-life schedule, without the constraint of mandated shifts, allowing for flexibility and control over their time. With multiple opportunities in nearby areas, nurses can choose locations that best suit their lifestyle. Shifts vary from client to client but are anywhere from 8 hours up to 12 hours. You choose your schedule!!

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
• TBI + SCI rehabilitation
• Pediatrics
• Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available)
• Gastrostomy tube care
• Dispensing medications
• Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
• Report any changes
• Document observed changes
• Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
• Maintains professional nature within the home setting

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
• Current state license as an RN or LPN
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
• CPR certified

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
