Job Description
Esthetic Solutions is a growing Med Spa located in Goodyear and Scottsdale, Arizona. We are searching for a salesperson to play a key role in team development, sales generation, and delivering outstanding patient care. This position offers the opportunity for growth within the company. The perfect candidate will exhibit creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for sales, events, processes, and the beauty industry. As the Sales Person, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that providers and team members achieve their sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and office manager to guarantee that all team members meet their sales objectives and that the business surpasses its monthly goals established by leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of new patients through various marketing channels
- Convert leads into patients through effective sales strategies
- Develop short and long-term sales plans to achieve objectives
- Meet revenue targets consistently, aligning with team and organizational goals
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing patients
- Expand sales pipeline by obtaining referrals from current patients
- Manage customer relationships, recognizing needs and providing product insights based on patient interactions and feedback
- Develop new accounts and expand business reach
- Monitor and track statistics (KPIs) for personal performance
- Oversee pre- to post-sales support activities, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction
- Provide weekly 1:1 sales training sessions with team members
- Foster community development using an outreach tracker
- Take ownership of hosting events, securing sponsors, and collaborating with the Marketing Manager on preparations and invitations
- Manage the patient flow and initiate the consultation process with sales preparation to drive sales
- Perform front desk duties alongside sales management responsibilities, ensuring seamless customer service delivery
- Optimize all opportunities for upselling to maximize revenue potential
Requirements:
- Experience in the Med-Spa, and Esthetic Industry is required
- Results-driven and goal-oriented in sales
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Possesses creative and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Enthusiastic about sales and the beauty industry
- Comfortable with cosmetic medical treatments such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, and laser treatments
- Prior sales (management) experience is required
Compensation:
- This is a 1099 position with an uncapped commission based on selling products and services to new and current patients. Opportunity for bonuses based on met and exceeded sales goals.
