The Material Resin Handler is responsible for mixing and supplying material to all molding machines. Information on handling material is from various written and verbal instructions.
Hours:
1st: Monday through Saturday, 7:00am-3:00pm
3rd: Monday through Saturday, 11:00pm-7:00am
Job Duties:
- Locate material and equipment needed for each job.
- Maintain material flow to presses (keep an eye on material flow through resin lines & hoppers, replace bags/gaylords of resin
- Remove material and equipment from completed jobs.
- Issue and return material as instructed.
- Supply material to all jobs as assigned.
- Unload incoming material and store in proper place in warehouse.
- Obtain cycle counts.
- Standing jobs only, and/or walking back and forth between machines throughout the day.
- Climbing up and down ladders in required occasionally throughout the day.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Periodically check for unsafe conditions and correct as needed
