CNA HHA Caregiver

We are seeking a CNA HHA Caregiver to become a part of our team! Care provided is for postoperative cosmetic clients. This is not a nursing home or facility. Assistance with ambulatory needs, ADLs, cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, medication pick-up, client pick-up/drop off.  Located near St. Thomas University.  Must have valid driver license. Will require background check, references, and resume. Must be willing to work at least 12 hour shifts. 1 year experience required preferably in surgery or cosmetics. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized post surgical care after cosmetic surgery. 
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status. 
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing clients, etc.
• Provide specialized healthcare such as medication reminders and wound check.
• Provide client education and transportation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields at least 1 year. 
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification.
• Fluent in English.
