Temporary Office Receptionist

An engineering company in Clinton Township is seeking a temporary Office Receptionist to join their team for 2 to 6 weeks.

Pay range is expected to start between $18 - $19/hour in relation to experience. Hours are 7AM to 4PM Monday through Friday.

A Qualified Office Receptionist will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

• 1+ years of recent administrative experience in fields such as construction or a manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong competence using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential
• Experience with QuickBooks is a strong benefit
• Knowledgeable regarding safety requirements and order management
• Experience being the face, or first point of contact, for the company in general
• Must be able to complete pre-hire checks, background check, drug screen, references, and etc.
